We deliver survey-grade point clouds (±5mm accuracy) and Revit models using NavVis VLX3 mobile mapping and terrestrial laser scanning. Deliverables ship in the formats your team already uses: E57, RCP, LAS, and PTS point clouds; Revit models at LOD 200–350; and 2D AutoCAD floor plans, sections, and elevations.

Drive times are approximate and traffic-dependent. Projects outside this radius — anywhere in the continental U.S. — are quoted with mobilization included; we scan nationwide, but regional clients see the fastest turnaround and lowest total cost. This is one service-area page on purpose: the service is identical in every city listed — same crew, same equipment, same QA process. What changes between markets is drive time, which is why we publish it.
A fly-in crew carries airfare, lodging, per-diem, and equipment freight — expenses built into the quote before a single scan is captured, often with a project-size minimum.
