    Scan to BIM Engineer

    Full-time

    Powell, OH

    Turn point clouds into coordinated Revit models for adaptive reuse, renovation, and historic preservation projects.

    What you'll do & what we're looking for

    Responsibilities

    • Build LOD 200–400 Revit models from registered point cloud data
    • QA model accuracy against scan data and project tolerances
    • Coordinate with PMs and clients on deliverables and revisions

    Requirements

    • 3+ years Revit modeling, ideally on as-built or renovation work
    • Experience with point cloud workflows (Recap, ReCap Pro, NavVis)
    • Strong understanding of architectural and MEP systems

    Reality Capture Field Technician

    Full-time

    Powell, OH (travel required)

    Operate NavVis VLX3 mobile LiDAR and terrestrial scanners on commercial, industrial, and historic sites across Ohio and nationwide.

    What you'll do & what we're looking for

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute on-site scans to project spec
    • Field QA, register scans, and prep raw data for processing
    • Communicate site conditions and risks to the project team

    Requirements

    • Reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable with travel
    • Prior reality capture, surveying, or AEC field experience preferred
    • Valid driver's license; able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs

    CAD / Drafting Specialist

    Full-time

    Powell, OH

    Produce accurate 2D floor plans, sections, elevations, and as-built drawings from point cloud data.

    What you'll do & what we're looking for

    Responsibilities

    • Draft architectural plans and sections in AutoCAD from scan data
    • Maintain consistent layer standards and titleblocks
    • Coordinate revisions with Scan to BIM team

    Requirements

    • 2+ years AutoCAD experience in AEC
    • Comfortable working from point clouds or PDF references
    • Strong attention to dimensional accuracy

    Project Manager

    Full-time

    Powell, OH

    Own scope, schedule, and delivery for scan-to-BIM and reality capture projects from kickoff to handoff.

    What you'll do & what we're looking for

    Responsibilities

    • Scope projects, write proposals, and manage budgets
    • Coordinate field, modeling, and CAD teams across deliverables
    • Serve as the primary client contact through delivery

    Requirements

    • 3+ years AEC project management or reality capture experience
    • Strong written communication and client-facing skills
    • Comfortable reading drawings and discussing technical scope

    Business Development Representative

    Full-time

    Powell, OH

    Drive top-of-funnel growth with AEC firms — qualify inbound leads and book scoping calls for our project managers.

    What you'll do & what we're looking for

    Responsibilities

    • Outbound prospecting to architects, GCs, and engineering firms
    • Qualify inbound requests from web and content channels
    • Book and prep discovery calls for PMs

    Requirements

    • 1+ years B2B sales or SDR experience
    • Interest in construction, design, or reality capture technology
    • Excellent written and verbal communication

    Accountant / Bookkeeper

    Part-time

    Powell, OH

    Keep our books clean and our reporting tight as we scale. Part-time, flexible hours.

    What you'll do & what we're looking for

    Responsibilities

    • AP/AR, payroll support, monthly close
    • Maintain QuickBooks Online and produce monthly financials
    • Coordinate with leadership on cash flow and forecasting

    Requirements

    • 3+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience
    • QuickBooks Online proficiency
    • Experience with small-business or service-firm accounting preferred
